So much so that it stops being a movie around the half-hour mark and becomes a series of sketches, which is something this filmmaker does a lot of.
It is so aware of the audience that it goes to great lengths to entertain them, which makes it less engaging and enjoyable. Another query: how many inside jokes is too many?

The overriding message of F3 is to respect money, which is appropriate given that the director appears to respect little else. I didn’t see any respect for the medium, since the filmmaker treated the picture as if it were a daily soap opera, complete with a loud BGM score—DSP.

I don’t mind if the premise and setup follow a tried-and-true formula, but the comedy must be unique. To justify a two-hour, twenty-minute film, there has to be something fresh.
Venkatesh appears costumed as Narappa from Narappa (2021) and attacks a few goons as the film nears its finale. Why? Because the film has yet to be released in theatres, and fans are eager to see it.
As if that’s what the movie is about. If that isn’t enough, Venkatesh’s legacy and who he is are often mentioned, as is Varun Tej’s. The same question as before: didn’t you do that with your previous film?

Look, the movie isn’t wholly devoid of content. The majority of the actors are seasoned professionals who don’t require a strong script to perform. Even though the film is never nearly what it deserves, Venkatesh’s comic timing is just as keen.
Varun Tej is amazing in his attempt to compete. While Mehreen is merely functional, Tamannaah manages to create an impression by receiving the same extensive, albeit equally absurd, role as her male colleagues. Rajendra Prasad is a character in the film Cleverly.
You might wonder why Vizianagaram. Just so ‘Vijayanagaramo, Veeraswargamo’ can be written on the interval card. If the actors are asked to be sexy in a song, they will be seductive. It makes no difference if the situation does not permit it; he will simply ignore it.

There’s something to be said for committing to creating something ridiculous and idiotic. If only it was amusing. If only it didn’t make me consider how many brain cells I’m losing with each passing minute.
Films like this allow the audience to reflect on their personal boundaries. What is the line between offensive and offensive? How far can you go with a joke before it stops being funny? And how much self-loathing you wallow in after laughing at a lousy joke can reveal a lot about your personality.
In that sense, Anil Ravipudi’s F3: Fun and Frustration is art as well, because it allows for introspection, even if the spectator bears the entire weight of the word.
